I faced a similar problem.  I managed to screw up the pump (don't ask) and even after a re-build, it was more than 10% out.  I've gone to a scale and it's working well for me.   The dollar store has plenty of shot glasses for small stuff, and I use cat cans or yogurt containers for the larger stuff.  I've placed the 2 parts in squeezable containers and keep a calculator handy for the mixing ratio.

What are everyone's thoughts on using a pump versus
a scale for epoxy mixing?  I have a pump that I bought used and can't seem to
get it working smoothly despite a lot of cleaning.  Seems to me a scale and cups
are easier to keep clean and monitor rather than the pump?  Any
thoughts?
