The trim tab and Mac servo are aft of the rudder balance point, thus requiring extra forward balancing rudder weight. Then, you placed the tail light high on the rudder - more aft than low on the rudder - thus requiring even more balance weight. Note that all these additional weights are in the tail and are at a long aft arm. There may not be a comparable rudder weight. In any event, consider that you may need more forward weight to balance all the weight in the tail. Are you using the long engine mount?
