Epoxy primer is a good choice and polyurethane topcoat should be used over
that, i.e., in wheel wells, etc.  Epoxy grips and seals better but is
brittle.  Urethane is more flexible and chip resistent and if white doesn't
yellow.  If white epoxy is used as a topcoat exposed to direct or even
indirect reflected sunlight, it will quickly turn yellowish off white.
