Thanks to for the offers to part with WLS. Appearently, however shipping the product is no permited without a special licence number.
Brad Simmons gave me a suggestion for an alternative that I'll try:  PPG's K-38 and DP-40. DP-40 is an epoxy product the K-38 is a urathane product. I'm going with Dp-40 and I'll report back my experience and comparison to WLS. Thanks again,  Joe
