Ask Lancair what they are doing for the new kits.  Buying that may be the way to go, if the interfaces are the same, so future support is more assured.

Some of this is second hand information, but my understanding is Esco isn't making these struts any more and Lancair had to machine their own replacement parts to do the strut rebuild.  So your only choice may be Lancair.  You could try to see if Lancair would sell you the parts in some sort of "rebuild kit".
 
Tim and Scott Decker are two most knowledgeable guys on these struts for sure.
