I spoke to Bill Woods at VDC Electronics, Inc. cell 631 445-1064, office 800
379-5579 ext 201 (ET) on Friday about another issue and he informed me that
they will have a unit to fast charge/cycle/desulfate batteries specifically
for the airplane battery market.   Its use includes the annual
charge/discharge testing for airworthiness.   He expects first run
production ready for shipment in 120 days and is now creating a list of
buyers for that first run.   I have had excellent response from Bill and
other VDC employees for my BatteryMinder and they have a very reasonable
upgrade policy.   My name is on that list.
