I bought the RV kit and had no major difficulty fitting it, although you have to be prepared to cut a lot of metal away, and to make some very minor modifications around the front of the engine. However it was not difficult, the kit was of excellent quality, and fitted very well. Having said all that, I was using Chris Zavatson's plenum instead of silicone baffles, but I see no reason why you should have any difficulty with them. I think that I bought the RV7 kit, and it was about $250. Any side by side kit should work though. I would not personally want to cut the baffles out from scratch, as the fit is quite critical and the shapes are complex; it would be a lot of work.
