The FAA is not interested in the design, and hardly intereted in the = structure, as they have NO TECHNICAL INFO on this fourth O'Neill, except = what I giv e them. So it is our responsibilioty to research, = doublecheck, test, improve, and be careful. The FAA, it seems to me, = just wants to keep track of what we are free to say we're doing, so they = can handle the heat when we screw up. Imho.
