Had to tilt my sticks in a few degrees inboard to get enough knuckle clearance in my ES. Even though you probably will never need full aileron deflection, I felt it was necessary to have room for me to move the stick full travel without interference from the door frame. Some guys have bent their sticks instead of just adjusting them which I think makes sense. If you tilt the sticks inboard, you also move the elevator pushrods slightly inboard which could cause clearance issues with the interior panels. Adjusting the sticks may also affect your aileron stops.
