I thought I would send this to the list so anyone in my situation, or soon to be in, will have the info that I dug up today. As far as Harnesses go for the Lancair 320/360 and Legacy's. These are the best options for quality, function and appearance I have found so far.
Crow Harnesses: http://www.crowenterprizes.com/ make custom ones for you that will fit in your airplane with a rotary buckle. Even though they don't show a single crotch strap you can get them that way. They are very inexpensive but only come in basic colors. Black, blue, red, gray yellow? They DO NOT have inertia reels for these belts.
Schroth, pronounced Shhh -Wrote, has an aviation division that wont give you a quote unless you put it in writing and even then I don't expect to ever hear back from them since I am not a company. The car versions are pretty good but they wont make one with a Y shoulder strap arrangement. They are also more expensive than Crow.
Hooker: Scott at Hooker Harness has proved to be most helpful. After reading about Ron Brice's Legacy and how he had Hooker harness's I called Scott. They have a lot of colors for the webbing. They offer inertia reels and Y type shoulder harnesses.
The 5 point harness with rotary buckle is $350 each without inertia reels and $500 each with inertia reels. I should mention, he says they only supply BLACK belts if you want their inertia reel. You can supply them with your own webbing but he said due to manufacturing tolerances he cant guarantee the webbing will fit their reel.
ABI: www.aircraftbelts.com The make a fully custom harness with rotary buckle and inertia reels any color you need. These are very expensive at $1600 per set for the 5 point with reel and $975 per set without the reel.
I am going with Hooker. Hope this was somewhat useful for some of you.

I would think you would want that shoulder attach
point on the aircraft frame( if seat comes loss). There is a safety
report floating around that says the angel of the
strap as
it comes over your shoulder should be between 17
and 30
degrees( those numbers are about correct)
above straight
back, to protect against compression of the
Spin.

Subject: [LML] Seatbelts in Lancair
360
I am doing the interior on my 360 and originally I planned on
using the plans version of mounting the shoulder harnesses to the baggage
bulkhead. I am having second thoughts and want to get this sorted out quickly
before my interior is finished. I would like a 5 point rotary buckle system.
Currently I have it set up to have the shoulder harness be a "Y" and bolt to
the rear baggage bulkhead built in hardpoints per plans. This takes my seat
belts across the baggage area which could end up causing problems.
I would like to attach the harness to the seat back itself but I have a
box on the pax side that houses my hyd. pump and battery so it would make
installation here more difficult. I read an article that says Do Not mount
them on the ceiling.
Looking for ideas and advice. Also would like advice on where to get 5
point harnesses. I dont want Ebay motors seatbelts.
