I have learned a lot from everyone over the last few days.=A0 Let me give e=
veryone some more details.=0A=0AThe elevator bob weight was below the horiz=
ontal (elevator up, nose pitch up)=A0with flaps all the way up. =A0Scott Kr=
ueger gave me the directions to measure the tail incidence, and I plan on d=
oing that very soon.=A0=A0 I will also be doing a new weight and balance af=
ter I find a home for 40 gallons of 100LL.=A0 My 49cc scooter can only take=
 1 at a time and the broken down Cessna is full.=A0 Go figure.=0A=0AAll thi=
s being said, keep in mind I have logged over 100 hours in it's current con=
dition and experienced just about all of the flight envelope. Some not by c=
hoice.=A0 So I think this is more about fine tuning than a major CG move.=
=A0 The previous owner mentioned that with him flying, and the old engine, =
the results were opposite, like what Larry Henney experienced.=A0 (elevator=
