Hi Jay, I'm up and on-line in the beautiful Florida Keys. If
you've been following the thread in the LML as I have you'll notice two things: 1. Insurance companies want time and training
for Lancairs. 2. Owners of Lancairs keep doing stupid things and make the insurance companies look for
solutions. 3. Training doesn't seem to fix stupid. To wit: Lack of airspeed control -->
stall, spin, crash No power up in the turns --> stall, spin, crash Takeoff with no fuel --> stall, spin,
crash Open canopy on takeoff --> stall, spin, crash Then to sweeten the pot the Northern guys want to operate
on snow and ice covered runways! Now they want reverse pitch props! The next accident you'll read about is going
into reverse in flight! In general the Lancair crowd has a disproportionate amount of poor judgement How's
Mini I've attached a photo. Jabe ----- Original Message ----- From: Jay M. Sabot
