Barry,
My Sonic nozzles were mislocated to the cold side, also. I flew it about 200 hours that way and then moved them to the hot side which made a huge difference in cabin temperatures in the north country. I plugged the originals and welded replacements to the ducting into the intercoolers. I have a flight from the Chicago area (05C) to VNW and I am very glad that I made the change considering the temperatures.

Are there Sonics in the Cold side of the intercooler? My sonic venturis on the cold side of the intercooler are welded in place on the intercooler. Looks like an "after market" weld job. Barry Knotts LIV-P, Conti TSIO-550
