A = while ago there was a thread about runaway trim and that got me thinking. I= like the idea of a positive mechanical connection as opposed to pushing a = button and waiting for the response. Eliminating the trim tab and the weigh= t of the servo would reduce the weight of the elevator, eliminate tab hinge= wear, and might require less counterweight. OTOH I can imagine that being = able to adjust trim by pushing a button on the stick would be very convenie= nt. What do those who have the system think of it? Has anyone installed such a= system on a IV?
