I've been subscribing to the Jeppesen database
update for several years and have never gotten any kind of notification from
them. They do, however, publish a schedule for the year. Here's what I show as
the effective dates for the rest of the year. The download is usually available
7-10days before the effective date. You can get the schedule at: http://www.jeppesen.com/support/final/update-schedule.jsp
