Some of you probably saw this in AVweb today, but here it is for the rest:

LANCAIR DELIVERS FIRST COLUMBIA 300 AS PROBLEMS LOOM
It is the best of times and the worst of times for Lancair CEO Lance
Neibauer.  Recently, Pacific Aviation Composites USA turned over the
keys of its first Columbia 300 to a paying customer.  During the
ceremony, Neibauer joked of finally being able to use the "revenue"
column in his ledger.  Prophetic words, those.  According to a local
paper, Neibauer has filed a lawsuit which claims if his company doesn't
get $6.9 million it was promised by investors, "it is unlikely it could
remain in operation."  The lawsuit, asking for $50 million, was filed
against the country of Malaysia, who promised the large part of funding.
