On the 360 short horiz stab we built a strake attached to the front of
the horizontal stab.  Approx 14" long by 8" wide.  Tapered to 0" at
about the same station as the front of the vertical stab.  Check Jim
Michaels for details.  Airplane flys with pitch control below 70mph with
full aft c.g.
