These were designed to hold the MR16 lamp. I had a few dozen pairs made up and they went in short order. I think we were able to get them done for about $ 50 each ($100 pr). They are cut from a solid billet of aluminum and are about the size of a small ice cream cone and very light. They have a screw on face where you can insert a narrow beam MR16 Bulb. My friend made them for well below what the shop rate should be as he likes to cut up scrap on the mill late at night. ( I think he needs to get out more personally) In my travels this year I have spoken to several people that have asked about them. I have brushed it off until OSH and someone else asked about them again. If anyone is still interested in these, please contact me off line and if there is enough interest I will do another run of them...
