Another two cents.
Without an electrical connection between aircraft and fuel (farm or truck)
tank, a differential charge is developed by the process
of moving the gas
from one tank to another (from the truck/farm tank to the aircraft tank)!
Just what this thread needs... more food for thought! Maybe we (the anal)
should have a seminar at Sun 'n Fun on the subject! :)
