Point taken.  If you make as much money as Cessna you can afford to support your product line better than a small kitplane company.  Cessna, after all, just sold $750 million of airplanes at one air show last month.  They can probably afford to do it. 

But my suggestion still stands -- get everything you need from the kitplane supplier as soon as you can.  You can delay purchases of parts that are available from multiple sources.
