I don't think this list is any place to be talking about your erection ;)
The state and the FAA don't care much about hangers. Visit your airport
manager and find out if any lots are available to lease. Find a contractor
to put up the building within your budget. Get a permit from your friendly
building department (the contractor should handle this). Lubricate all
transactions with promises of airplane rides. Build a hanger big enough for
several aircraft so you can sublet some space to pay for the lease of the
land.
Simple.
Like building an airplane.
