We handled the stub skin problem two ways: First we heated the bottom of
the wing skin where it joggles to the spar with a heat gun and formed it to
fit better than it comes from the factory.  Secondly we used the weight of
the plane itself to help push the skin against the bottom spar.  We did
this by having the stub wing sit on stands that had a 2x4 pushing on the
spar area.  It takes a little shimming to get relatively equal force on
both sides but once established the results are just fine.  As a footnote

www.swaviator.com.  The pilot we sold the 320 to had a nice photo shoot
done near his home town.  This was the 320 that won "best Lancair in 94 at
redmond fly-in
