That would work, or you could ream out all the holes and make an oversize bolt - might be cheaper.  At one time I was going to make custom titanium spar bolts - the cost worked out to $100 for 2 (would have saved 1 pound).  Not too bad, so I suspect having someone make up a special steel bolt would be reasonable.

Hi All:

I have an old, old IV kit, and unfortunately  I have  mismatched  wings. the wing attach bolts  fit  except  for one ,  and it is off  center by a few thousandth.
Any ideas out there on how to fix it.  My thought was to press out the bushing  at the tip of the spar, apply flox and redrill  the hole and press the bushing
back in.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated
