I wear a size 12 (I was known as "Snowshoe" in college) and my feet will not
fit under the tank with street shoes, but clear without rubbing, as long as
I keep my heels on the floor, in running shoes. I have a heat duct running
between the rudder petals built onto the tank. I have a cable bundle running
down the NG tunnel next o the tank. I set the floorboard as low as I could
and still fit the plywood plate (factory dimensions), that hold the pedal
assembly, against the lower motor mount gussets ( I also moved the pedal
assembly 2½" forward on the plate). The edge of my left foot occasionally
rubs on the canopy counterbalance spring. I have the parallelogram type
canopy opening.
