Actually I talked to Eric Jones, the inventor, on Saturday. He
thought the main issue was that the unit wouldn't survive the pressure
differential. I'm investigating using the blead air shutoff for the
turbine LIVP. Anyone had experience with that? Can you
describe what it is exactly?

The Perihelion Valve isn't air tight when closed, so I don't
think it would work in a pressurized aircraft.
