William T Bartlett's comment that we are not certified repair stations and
therefore aren't requied to have certified (or calibrated) torque wrenches
is certainly correct. But there is a good reason those places must use
properly calibrated torque wrenches, as should we. To wit: Don't use a
properly calibrated wrench and you may not like the consequences - for as
long as it takes to descend from cruising altitude with a critical bolt
broken - after that, only your survivors will care.
