I installed them in an ES. I used 1/4 "
phenolic blocks same shape as the rosen mount. I drilled and tapped the
phenolic.
I then bonded the phenolic to the plane with
hysol.

My wife gave
me a present of a set of Rosen Sun Visors That
are supposed to match the IV-P (according to Rosen and supposedly Lancair).
Lancair does not have a recommended installation method. They have a 2 inch metal pad
with three holes designed to directly replace the Bonanza sun visors. Total
weight about a pound each
Has anyone put these into a IV-P? If so what was the
mounting method? Any experiences or issues to
offer?
