Hi Tom
I'm aware of the difference, I thought I would take a 1/4"
off top and bottom , and 1/16 + on the sides and this
would give me the space I need. Did I miss something?.

Are you aware that the HX box won't fit in the same space as the original Series 1? The width is slightly different, 7.1" vs 7.25", but the HX is 0.5" taller. Upgrading will require panel modifications.
