I wonder how many spare parts are really going to be available, and are the promised software updates going to be released? ;-((

This is from a friend of mine. Sad to report that Garmin has announced that they are discontinuing the GNS-480. We all knew in our hearts that this day was coming regardless of what reassurances the Garmin people were saying.
I still love my 480.
