Does anyone have experience using a ground tug such as a 40EZ with a Lancair IVP?  Really I'm asking if you have figured out how to adapt a GA tug to fit the IVP nose gear.

Colyn,

I have two ways to move the machine. I built a tow bar with two acme threads with caps on the end that fit over the nose wheel bolt and nut using 1 1/2 inch stainless tubing. The other end I attach to a golf cart. It moves easily and I can tow it down to the fuel island and not use another start cycle (turbine). The other is a standard tow that grabs the same nose wheel bolt, raises hydraulically, and runs on a Briggs and Stratton. I can send a photo if you are interested tomorrow.
