 Gents,
  All this paper motion is not what you'll face with a spin in IMC.  All you
instruments will go GA-GA, except altimeter & airspeed.  And the altimeter is
unwinding at an alarming rate, the airspeed  maybe nearly pegged  or below
stall speed for sure.  1. neutralize the stick 2. pull power to idle 3. stop
the rotation with the rudder ( whichever one reduces the centrifugal force) 4.
You most likely will now be in a dive, add a bit of power to gain flying
airspeed and 5. pullback slowly on the stick to get level flight, too fast and
you'll go into a secondary stall/spin... These manuvers had better be nearly
rote, cause you don't have time to pull the manual out ...  Been there  & done
