That doesn't sound LOP to me...My EGTs peak at 32" 2500 at ~22 GPH. 50*LOP at those settings would be just at or below 20 GPH.
Careful not to be in the "red box" between 50*ROP and Peak (per Advanced Engine Management course).
As an aside<, at 32" 2500, I sometimes lean to ~17.8 GPH (~140*LOP), depending on OAT (which influences to intake air temp and ingested air mass).
