For what it’s worth, I’m planning on a selective mix of fuses and breakers as well.  One additional selective rational for breakers…

 

I’m planning on having a few items that are always on when the master is on (a red anti-collision beacon, LED nav lights, PFD, etc).  Since the LED’s draw little power and last nearly forever, the ability to turn them on/off isn’t worth the switch – simpler/safer to just have them on all the time.  Since, these items will not have a traditional panel switch, I’m using a breaker for them so they “can” be turned off (if necessary) or to reset (EFIS), without needing to pull a fuse.
