I sent my Chelton EFIF in do to a recall---they did something and I nolonger had Ryan TCAD display. I sent the Ryan in for repair-$1500 later I get the Ryan back and still no read out--come to find out that when Chelton did the recall they removed something in the EFIS that read the altitude--now I am told that I must install a ground of some nature that will allow the altitude to be read---I question if ther was ever a thing wrong with the Ryan system--Chelton should may me for there error---it will be $2000 to $2500 by the time all is over.
