I decided to put my TKS (de-ice) fluid tank inside the cabin - it's the wedge on the back seat.
Rather than building it to withstand 5 psi, I am running it at cabin pressure by letting cabin air pressurize it and having a very small bleed orifice to the luggage compartment.     I think this takes care of normal pressure excursions.

In the event of a sudden cabin depressurization, however, the tank will need to be relieved of pressure before it explodes.  So I need something like a 1.5 psi relief valve that can flow 5 gallons in about a quarter of a second.   At least that is my guess.

I'm wondering if someone can help me specify and find such a valve.
