I
did bend the thread at the end of the actuator (it has been straightend to undo
the nut)
Is there a way to take the part with the thread off and
make a new one which is harder?
(I think there must be an hex bolt on the inside) But I
dont know how to take the whole lot apart.
2 years ago someone on the list (ES builder) broke
the thread of.
Is there a better system for the end switches? I'm not
happy with the reed contacts.
Maybe there are some pictures
available
I
have the outback gear / torque tube.
If the endswitch fails on my installation, the arm on
the torque tube will press against the rear spar
and the tread will bend again.
thank you for your help.
regards,
Christian
