Hi guys,

 

If you have RSVP’ed for the fly-in and told me you are coming in on Friday I have counted you in for the Mountain High sponsored dinner Friday evening.  I just found out that a whole group of people were not joining us for dinner.  If you have made other plans, please let me know so that I can adjust my numbers.  I don’t want to run out of food but I also don’t want a lot of leftovers.  Sorry that you are having to be detailed with your plans but it is the only way I can ensure that everyone will have a great time.
