It's really personal preference. Being at the bottom of the stack seems more convenient. For autopilot adjustments, my hand knows right where to go. I never really had to look over to the radio stack because it's the last box in the stack, if that makes sense. I had the same setup on my previous Glasair. But, again It's personal preference.
