I have a similar stack and initially put the Trutrak on the bottom. This was a huge mistake. The Trutrak should be closer to eye level. You look at the transponder once or twice, but the autopilot frequently throughout your flight.
This year, I moved my transponder to the lowest level on the stack and have been very pleased to have the Trutrak below the SL30/40.
