Hi Kimbra,

Here's a summary of the visit to Fredricksburg Fri.

- There are 46 public ramp tie downs available on a first come first serve
basis. Most have tie down ropes

- Best place for overfow traffic is grass on NW corner of the field (need
grass tiedowns), if there isn't weather we can park some planes without tying
down close to the main ramp

- Fuel prices are 100LL 4.42, Jet A 4.02, the Lancair group will get a .20c
discount on 100LL, .05 on JetA.

- The FBO has 8 ramp spots available for customers that purchase fuel

- Hangar space is availble from the airport $20/night contact Roger Hansen
(830) 990-5764, Hangar space at the FBO is $35/night (830) 997-3313 (they may
have to move your plane around)

- Other than the Hangar hotel/restaurant their is one restaurant within
walking distance, everything else would require a car, the FBO has limited
cars available, or call Enterprise ahead of time to have them drop the car at
the FBO (830) 997-1745 .If you just show up over the weekend, you won't have a
car available

- Local Taxi service is available (830) 997-8044, Airport shuttle service is
available from Austin or San Antonio (830) 992-9646

They recommend we have a ramp manager assigned for parking and a golf cart,
I'll work on the golf cart. I also attached a picture of the field and the FBO
details. I will let you post the above stuff on LML.

Let me know if you have any questions, there is plenty of room for the mockup
and wall of history.

Neal
