Kinda like the G1000. What I don't understand, and maybe I'm the only one who cares, is why none of these new glass panels paint the airport or navaids anywhere on the main HSI display. My 8 year-old Sandel EHSI shows me the airport and runways directly on the HSI - like a moving map, along with the CDI (and Glideslope) indicator. This seems so natural I can't understand why others aren't doing it. Am I the only one that cares about this?
