Note, to all the IV guys (who may be unfamiliar with the ES):

 

I believe the ES and IV & IVP engine mounts were virtually the same until very recently.  So, the message/point should perhaps be directed to the IV drivers as well.

Historically, only the drag link and a tab for attaching the retract cylinder were different (Redmond could verify).  In the past couple years the newer ES mounts have an added stiffener over the strut.
