But most of = all I'm pretty disappointed with VisionMicro and JPI. After wasting = three days calling VM and not getting anything but an answering machine = I called JPI, the new owners. It's not hard to get them on the phone but = none the less they have no idea about the company they purchased... JPI = called VM while I was on the phone with them... Funny, JPI didn't have = any problem getting a person on the phone (So he said). The guy at JPI = gave the guy at VM my number, told me VM would call me back in = minutes..................... Two days later, big surprise, no call..=20 As far as I'm concerned, I will not be shopping for a new VM product or = a JPI product to replace my monitor.
