O-320 sumps are deeper than a O-235. If using a = carburetor, the O-320 carburetor is also bigger and deeper than the = O-235 carburetor. With these issues, along with exhaust and alternator = clearance issues, cutting and lowering the bottom half of the bottom = cowl is likely. I have one of those.  O-320 sumps are deeper than a = O-235.  If=20 using a carburetor, the O-320 carburetor is also bigger and deeper than = the=20 O-235 carburetor.  With these issues, along with exhaust and = alternator=20 clearance issues, cutting and lowering the bottom half of the = bottom cowl=20 is likely.
