In "normal" sky-diving ops less than 16,000ft, we would count on a terminal velocity around 120-125mph in the spread eagle position. Speed increases (vertically and laterally) if you tuck your arms close to the body to "track", and really increases to over 175mph if you assume a feet- or head- first postion (vertical like a telephone pole).
