The part numbers are listed as FL 12 and FL 13. The new brackets measure a height of 3" for the inboard bracket and 2 11/16" for the outboard. The hole spacing is 1 10/16" side to side and 1 8/16" top to bottom. The old brackets measure a height of 2 3/4" for the inboard bracket and 2 3/8" for the outboard. The hole spacing is 1 9/16" side to side and 1 6/16" top to bottom. I checked with Lancair and they do not have any of the old stock. The wings we have are set up with AN3 Bolts bonded into the rear closeout, spaced for the old flap brackets; we currently do not want to cut those out and replace them, as the work previously done is closed out and not accessible. Possible alternatives, if no old stock can be found, are that we weld the current holes closed and re-drill the holes in the brackets on hand, tear into the rear closeout, remove the bolts and set up bolts or nut plates to fit the new bracket. If you have any ideas, I would be interested. Thanks for your help.
