Yes,  last weekend I dropped my iv-P off for interior work in Portland
Oregon and flew through the weather system that has been parked over the
Pacific NW.  I tried to stay above the clouds as much as possible but went
in and out of the tops even at FL 210 to Fl 240 and picked up some light
rime ice.  It covered the leading edges in about a 2" wide band maybe only
an 1/8" thick.  I looked back at the horizontal stabs and they had the same
thing.  I was pleased to see where the elevator counterbalance weight area
was rounded per Lancair's recommendations there was no ice build up.   I
didn't pick up any on the wind screen.   I detected no degradation in
performance with a true air speed of 291kts. I try to avoid ice at all costs
like the POH says.
