Guys and Scott Krueger-below are some thoughts from my LAME. In particular he suggests extending the inboard gear door slightly to overlap and ensure the outboard door is pulled closed-what say ye all?

Hi Gerard,
Thanks for the insight to this matter, I know that is has been on going
for
some time and appreciate that you would like this problem solved. My
thoughts initially to fit the seal at the forward edge of the outboard
door
were unsuccessful yesterday at the time of retracting the gear;
Second thought;
As discussed with yourself in previous conversation, the excessive gap
that
exists between the door and wing cutout for one of a better word, needs
to
be reduced  by means of permanent door 'adjustment'ie; by
recurving the door
in a manner that will reduce this gap. Also, the aft curvature of the
door
where it meets with i/b door needs to be addressed. The i/b door could
most
likely be lengthened marginally in order to close over the gap in the up
position, also serving as a support for the o/b door edge and
eliminating
any flutter, however I don't know what affect on the laminar flow,
if any,
that would result from this in the region of the wheel well.
