They handled it promptly, knew who I was, they confirmed the return address and turned the unit around the next day and sent it back Next Day (paid for out of their upgrade fee). I know that I'm "special", but I'm not THAT special, so I attribute it to a pretty consistent interface experience with TT. Maybe you caught them on a (couple) bad days? They can never find any record of me, my name, my address, my credit card info, or of the fact that I've ordered something from them. This in spite of having done business with them since '96. Each time I call and give them the information all over again, I'm told some new, later estimated delivery for the 2-1/4" ADI. The latest is that it will be late June, possibly July, possibly August. Maybe. I finally decided to have them at least send me the backup battery so I could that located and wires run. Same deal. Had to call three different times over several weeks. Each time it was day one, right out of the egg. Never heard of me, no record of my order.
