Its available from Acroname and is made for robotics use, but works fine in a/c too.  I put it together from a kit which you can buy at http://www.acroname.com/robotics/parts/R67-UVTRON.html  and mount in a small project box.

I guess whether that passes the no-projectile test depends on how much you trust the mounting bracket.
